Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sadhvi Sarees, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver premium quality sarees and lehengas. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery.
1.2 The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
1.3 The product must be returned with original tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
1.4 Products failing quality inspection will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Customized, stitched, or made-to-order sarees, lehengas, or blouses

• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or discount offers

• Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage

3. Exchange Policy

3.1 Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
3.2 Only one exchange per order is permitted.
3.3 Shipping and handling charges for exchanges shall be borne by the customer unless the error is from our end.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
4.2 Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
4.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

5.1 If a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
5.2 Clear photos and/or unboxing video must be shared for verification.
5.3 Upon successful verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
6.2 Sadhvi Sarees reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

7. Policy Updates

Sadhvi Sarees reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically.
